Dear Distinguished IEEE EA volunteers,
Greetings from the IEEE R10 EAC team!
I hope you are doing great with your EAC events.
As per the event reimbursement requirement, we are providing you a reporting template of the event along with activity Post Event Requirements in detail.
Please submit the report according to the template on or before 1st September 2022.
Project completion Duration:
15th May to 1st September 2022
Reporting Dead line: 1st September 2022
Post Event Requirement:
1.Download post event report and claim sheet template from

Preparation before report submission:
1.Event Posters with event dates, venue/ Publicity Material/Media
- Coverage on social media(use hash tag #ieeer10ea and tag IEEE Region 10 Educational Activities page))
- Pre-event Online Promotional Links
Event Link (broadcasted live or posted recorded video of the event) - Event Details (Event Schedule, Organizing Team details, Collaborating OUs details, Complete event coverage with photographs)
- List of Participants
6.Event Feed back
7.Photos
8.Testimonials (Feedback & Experience sharing, 1-video recorded in local language)
9.Expenditure Details along with Proofs
10.Details of Income generated (If any)
