Co-organizers: IEEE Region 10, IEEE Indonesia Section, Hasanuddin University, Maranatha Christian University
Audience: High school students and teachers
Overview
Efforts to strengthen STEM are growing worldwide, yet many young people still face barriers to fully engaging in these fields. This seminar is designed to broaden participation in STEM and engineering by showing students how curiosity, creativity, and ideas can lead not only to scientific discovery but also to meaningful and sustainable businesses that solve real-world problems. By highlighting diverse role models and inclusive innovation ecosystems, the session aims to spark interest in STEM entrepreneurship, especially among students who may not yet see a place for themselves in these fields.
